For a free estimate, you follow steps listed in the "What are the Web Design steps?" section.

Those steps create the Service Agreement Document, and it contains the estimate for your project.

Our Web Requirements Form helps us to start off the web design process by asking you questions about your website vision.

Service Agreement Document

In PDF format, our Service Agreement Document (PDF) is the document that will list the specific information about your project at Web Art Harmony, LLC.

We will fill out this document and send of copy to you to review. You sign and return the service agreement with the downpayment amount. Web Art Harmony, LLC will then schedule a start date for your website design or other services.

What are the Web Design steps?

  1. To start the design process, contact Web Art Harmony one of these ways:
  2. Optionally, you may send us a Web Requirements Form to further define your requirements.
  3. We will return your call or email.
  4. We will meet with you to further discuss your web design needs.
  5. We will send you a Service Agreement Document with your Free Estimate.
  6. You review the Service Agreement Document.
  7. You sign and return the Service Agreement Document.
  8. We send you a one-page web site mock-up.
  9. You sign and return the web site mock-up.
  10. You are sent an online location to view your website while it is being built.
  11. We build the website.
  12. You review the final website and give approval.
  13. We send the website files to you.
  14. This completes the process.
